Stainless steel sewage pump is a kind of centrifugal impurity pump, which can transport acidic, alkaline or other corrosive sewage. It is widely used in chemical industry, petroleum, light industry, food, pharmaceutical, brewing, environmental protection and sewage treatment and other industries. So what should I do if the stainless steel sewage pump does not produce water after starting?

First of all, it is necessary to determine the cause of the failure, and then troubleshoot the problem according to the cause of the failure.

The motor cannot start, the pipeline is blocked, the pipeline is broken, the water filter is blocked, the water suction port is exposed to the water surface, the motor is reversed, the seal ring of the pump casing, the impeller is damaged, the head exceeds the rated value of the stainless steel sewage pump too much, the impeller is reversed, etc.

1. The flow-through parts such as water filter net, water pipe, diversion shell and other components are seriously blocked or the water pipe is broken. At this time, the reading of the ammeter often increases and the pointer swings violently. Immediately stop the machine for inspection and cleaning, eliminate circuit faults, remove blockages, repair welding or replace pipes, and reinstall;

2. The motor runs normally but the water output is small. The reason is that the configuration of the water pump is unreasonable, and the actual lift exceeds the rated lift of the pump too much, so a higher lift pump needs to be replaced. It is also possible that the water pump is reversed, just change the wiring position of the power line, and adjust any two phases of the lead-out lines. If the sealing ring or impeller is excessively worn, replace it with a new one in time, or replace the high-lift pump and reinstall it.

3. The motor runs normally but does not produce water. The main reason is that the dynamic water level drops too much during the pumping process. You can turn down the valve of the water delivery pipe or put the water pump half a meter below the dynamic water surface.
